1. When will my order ship?

Most of our blankets, pillow covers, and rugs are machine washable on a gentle cycle. However, please check the care instructions on each product page for specific details.

7. My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@orrenhome.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll make it right immediately.
